To be eligible for a return, your item must be
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Final sale items are not returnable.

Cancellation And Modification
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at support@kohowa.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
How long does a replacement or return take to process?
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 14 business days to arrive.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges.
How to process a return?
Although we wish you loved your purchase, we understand if it just wasn’t right for you.

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Reasons for return
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
However, please note that only broken, mistaken items or any mistakes from our side can be applied to this return. You after that can get a refund or a replacement following your consent and our commitment. Out of those aspects ( customer orders the wrong size, just doesn’t like the color, or just doesn’t want it anymore), return is unavailable.
Shipping Cost On Returns:
We will send you a return label after the refund is approved.
If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, then the customer does not need to pay the return shipping cost.
No restock fee.
Customers return their products in-store/by mail.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-14 days.
Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:
A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided
All our items are eligible for full refunds as long as they are:

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for refund.
